Download the MBOX to PST converter

Install the converter, choose your MBOX files and create an email archive you can open in Outlook. You need Windows and classic Outlook on the same computer.

The download is named ReliefJet Essentials for Outlook. It includes this converter along with other email tools. After installation, choose Convert MBOX to PST.
